Tomanek TM1500-6D stabilized linear power supply for Arcam rDAC.
The TM1500-6D power supply is designed to power Arcam's rDAC digital to analog converter. The original switching power supplies, attached to the converter, severely limit the capabilities of the device. Replacing the original power supply with a linear one allows the converter to work with its full potential.
The power supply is built on the basis of a shaped transformer, equipped with the highest quality voltage stabilizer, ensuring a perfectly constant voltage. A solid housing made of ABS plastic provides the power supply with adequate mechanical resistance. Effective capacitive filters block out any interference.
The power supply has short-circuit and thermal protection.
The output cable is braided and equipped with a ferrite filter.
